I have been featured on channel 7 with Omari Flemming, but my start was with CBS 8, where Dorian Hargrove took a shot with me, and set me up for my first appearance on TV on 31 Jan 2023 with Brian White, from another Shkolnik project on 69th st.
Below, are my TV appearances railing about backyard apartment buildings, parading as what the City of San Diego (COSD) and developers call "granny towers" "granny flats" or "casitas"

Spicer denied having them all but would not provide his own list.   My records show all properties he has purchased, AND divested himself of.   All were pulling the permits, and then selling it off to another investor, who would then do the building.  Anything that started with Spicer, no matter where it goes, started with him.   His fault.
